Bengaluru South MP Shri Tejasvi Surya has launched the Udyoga Mitra, an initiative to connect job-seekers with companies in Bengaluru.
The MP’s office has joined hands with Fidelitus Corp, Shilpa Foundation, ACT INDIA Foundation and other such established NGOs and companies for the Udyoga Mitra initiative.
Job aspirants are requested to make the best use of the facility by following the steps given below:

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಸಂಸದರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ತೇಜಸ್ವೀ ಸೂರ್ಯ ರವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ, ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಡುವ ‘ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮಿತ್ರ’ ಎನ್ನುವ ನೂತನ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಇದರ ಸದುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ವಿನಂತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಫಿಡಿಲಿಟಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಖಾಸಗೀ ಎನ್ ಜಿ ಓ, ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ (ಸ್ಕಿಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ) ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆ ಆರಂಭ.
1) ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಯೋಡೇಟಾ, ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಿವರಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ‘ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮಿತ್ರ’ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
2) ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ, ಅರ್ಹತೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
3) ಸಂದರ್ಶನದ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಲ್ಲಿ, ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿಯೇ ಸಂದರ್ಶನದ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
‘ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮಿತ್ರ’ ಕಾರ್ಯಯೋಜನೆಯು ಇದೇ ಶನಿವಾರ ದಿನಾಂಕ 12.09.2020 ರಂದು ಫಿಡಿಲಿಟಸ್ ಆರ್ಟ್ ಗ್ಯಾಲರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Greater than 4 years’ experience in relevant field
• Strong business system analyst skills
• Strong knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite. Modules preferred are Oracle Sales and Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping Execution, Planning and Advanced Pricing, Oracle EBS AP, AR, GL.
• Can effectively function in a global matrixed and team environment
• Can lead cross functional teams
• Experience in a fast paced, changing environment.
Essential Job Duties:
• Provides daily production support including monitoring and issue resolution, incident management, problem management, service request management.
• Lead and collaborate in a team environment to identify and help resolve issues
• Provides 24 x 5 on-call assistance for support of production business system issues. Few occurrences of weekend support as well.
• Provides month end, year-end and physical inventory support
• Leads discussion related to issue metrics and trends and leads process improvement based on trends
• Performs as a subject matter expert for system projects
• Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Identifies system impact of changes from the internal business, end user needs, external business environment (i.e. government regulation) and operating specifications.
• Identifies opportunity for improving processes through system automation and alerts
• Develops, submits and seeks approval for business system change requests. Upon approval coordinates implementation.
• Reviews requirements and recommends solutions
• Creates and maintains documentation of assigned systems and process flow.
• Coordinate with European counterparts and/or business to support day to day business operation by resolving issues

• Conduct research on products utilizing KAO supplier catalog, website or technical assistance resources
• Set-up and maintenance of suppliers and product lines in the electronic catalog
• Provide expanded descriptions, Product Attributes, Feature Benefits and Media data for parts new to Keystone.
• Provide Vehicle fitment information for application specific Parts.
• Review daily SKU report and complete the task assigned by Team Leader by adhering to process.
• Perform Quality Assurance for Electronic Catalog on a regular basis
